Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for PersonaForge subscriptions, credits, and AI training services. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscriptions

PersonaForge subscriptions (Pro, Studio) renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until then.
  • No partial refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • Downgrade: If you switch from a higher to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

2. Credits

  • Included credits: Monthly credits included with your subscription plan are non-refundable and reset each billing cycle.
  • Purchased credit packs: Additional credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Unused purchased credits remain in your account as long as it is active.
  • Used credits: Credits spent on generation tasks (image, video, try-on) or LoRA training are non-refundable, as the associated AI compute resources are consumed immediately.

3. AI Twin Training

LoRA model training is a resource-intensive process that begins immediately after you initiate it. Once training has started, the associated credits cannot be refunded. If training fails due to a system error on our end, the credits will be automatically returned to your account.

4. When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period or credit pack.
  • System failures: If a generation or training task fails due to a confirmed platform error and credits are not automatically refunded.
  • Billing errors: If an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical issue on our end.
  • Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization (subject to verification).

5. When We Do Not Issue Refunds

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality or accuracy.
  • Failure to use credits or features before cancellation or plan reset.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Outages or limitations caused by third-party AI providers (Fal.ai, Kling).
  • Changes in pricing or plan features after the current billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@personaforge.xyz within 14 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email.
